It is made from naturally derived calcite minerals sourced from limestone and chalk, and is finished with a durable protective Coatex coating. Coatex is a specialised pigmented polyester gel coat, approximately 1–3 mm thick, that is applied to the exterior of baths and basins. It creates a durable matte finish while protecting the underlying StoneCalcite structure from water absorption, ensuring long-lasting performance, strength, and durability.
