Visiting Our Partners in Shanghai: Strengthening Relationships & Shaping Future Designs
Earlier this year Jim and John visited Shanghai, where they spent several days meeting with our long-term suppliers at two major bathroom trade shows before travelling to our manufacturing facilities. These visits are a key part of how Stonebaths ensures consistent quality, innovation, and reliability across every product we offer.
At the shows, they were able to see upcoming global design trends firsthand, such as new surface finishes, colour technologies, moulding techniques, and the latest solid surface and composite stone materials. These events also provided the opportunity to review prototypes, explore emerging manufacturing methods, and discuss custom developments with our partners that will directly influence our future product ranges.
The second half of the trip focused on our factories, where Jim and John met with our manufacturing teams, reviewed production lines, and inspected current batches of baths and basins in various stages of manufacture.
On-site visits like these allow us to maintain strict quality control, collaborate on improvements, and ensure that each product meets the standards expected by architects, designers, and homeowners across Australia and New Zealand.
